The hub is poised to host the inaugural OpenInfra Summit Asia in September 2024 in Suwon, South Korea, which will focus on collaboration among contributors in open source technologies such as Linux, OpenStack, and Kubernetes. With over 40% of OpenInfra Foundation individual members based in Asia, OpenInfra Asia plays a pivotal role in protecting and advancing open source communities, thereby accelerating technological advancements and fostering a vibrant ecosystem.
