About Open Kentuckiana
Open Kentuckiana is a community-driven initiative dedicated to leveraging technology and public data to enhance the quality of life in Louisville, Kentucky, and Southern Indiana. Established as the official Code for America Brigade for the region from 2019 to 2023, Open Kentuckiana brought together community organizers, developers, and designers to foster collaboration and innovation. Although the Brigade program concluded in 2023, the mission to advocate for transparency, safety, resilience, and equity remains strong and ongoing.
