Open Swim

Open Swim UK is a premier open water swimming organization located in the North West, renowned for its exceptional coaching staff, which includes world record holders in marathon swimming. Operating year-round, we offer six open water swimming sessions weekly from April to September, alongside winter swims between November and March at Sale Water Park. Our mission is to promote both the physical and mental benefits of swimming, catering to everyone from novices to seasoned athletes preparing for major events.

Founded by accomplished swimmers, including co-founder Jane McCormick, Open Swim UK emphasizes personalized coaching, wellness programs, and technical improvement. We provide tailored services such as video analysis, marathon training plans, and cold water immersion guidance. Our team, which includes experienced coaches like Bob and Jo Bolton, is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment for all swimmers.
