OpenToon is an AI-powered translation app designed to help readers enjoy manga, manhwa, and webtoons in their preferred language. Instead of waiting for an official or community translation, users can paste a chapter link or upload images to get started. The app scans and saves chapters to a personal library, where readers can choose from a range of languages, including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Arabic, plus more than 45 additional options.

OpenToon then provides readable translations intended for comics and webtoons, with a mobile app for reading on the go. Readers can also make their own corrections when a translation needs adjustment. App Store reviewers describe the translations as clear and useful, and praise the app for working with chapters and websites that other translation tools may not support.

OpenToon offers a practical way to read foreign-language series in a familiar language, combining chapter importing, translation, library storage, and mobile reading in one service. The website also provides information about how the app works, pricing, and frequently asked questions
