The Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ Toolkit is an open-source toolkit designed to help developers optimize and deploy artificial intelligence inference across a range of Intel® hardware and environments. It supports deep-learning applications in computer vision, automatic speech recognition, natural language processing, large language models, and generative AI. OpenVINO helps reduce latency and model size, increase throughput, maintain accuracy, and make more effective use of available hardware.

Developers can convert and optimize models trained with popular frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, then deploy them on devices, on-premises systems, in browsers, or in the cloud. The toolkit includes model optimization, runtime, and development tools, alongside documentation, sample applications, benchmarks, and Jupyter* Notebook resources. Additional offerings include a benchmark tool, Dataset Management Framework, Neural Networks Compression Framework, and OpenVINO Model Server for scalable inference. AI Reference Kits provide adaptable, end-to-end examples based on practical use cases. Intel also offers workshops, webinars, training resources, community support, and access to updates to help developers learn, evaluate, and build with OpenVINO.
