OPRA is a Norwegian benefits programme created for operational personnel and veterans who serve or have served in roles that help protect the public. Access is free and reserved for eligible groups, including members and conscripts of the Armed Forces, emergency services, public hospitals, voluntary rescue services, and veterans.

The organisation works with businesses and organisations to recognise the contribution of people who serve in readiness and face elevated risks. OPRA has negotiated agreements with more than 180 supporters, offering members exclusive discounts and benefits. Available offers vary by supporter, and participating businesses choose which discounts or campaigns to provide.

Members can browse their benefits through OPRA’s free app for iOS and Android, available from the App Store and Google Play. OPRA also collaborates with organisations representing operational personnel in Norway and presents The Valor Spear, an award honouring individuals who have gone beyond what is expected in service. For businesses, OPRA offers a way to reach its membership, promote offers through its channels, newsletters, and app, and support eligible personnel and veterans.
