Operators360 is a firearms, personal safety, and preparedness training organization founded by Donald “D.J.” Folley, a law enforcement veteran with more than 25 years of experience, including service as a SWAT tactical commander and training instructor. The organization grew from his efforts to address the need for advanced first-responder instruction and now serves civilians, public safety agencies, and organizations. Its programs emphasize practical, realistic training intended to build confidence, improve decision-making, and prepare individuals and teams to perform effectively.

Course options cover a range of skills and experience levels. Offerings include basic and advanced pistol instruction, concealed-carry training, women-only basic pistol courses, concealed-carry encounter training, pistol-mounted optics, and basic and advanced rifle courses. Operators360 also provides instructor training for law enforcement, IED awareness, and private firearms training. Beyond courses, the organization offers case preparation, courtroom demeanor guidance, and consulting in safety and site assessment. Its instructor cadre includes D.J. Folley and several other named instructors, supporting training for both individual participants and groups seeking stronger operational readiness.
