The Ontario Pork Industry Council (OPIC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the pork industry in Ontario, Canada. With a focus on overcoming barriers and building a healthy future for all stakeholders, OPIC works to identify industry needs and coordinate collective action. OPIC is involved in various initiatives, including human resource training, animal health incident management, sow housing requirements and strategies, and promoting careers in the pork industry to students.

They also provide management services for important industry events and organizations such as the Swine Health Ontario Science and Technology committee, Ontario Pork Congress, the London Swine Conference, and the Hog Jog. As a significant contributor to Ontario's economy, the pork industry creates over 35,000 jobs and generates billions of dollars in annual economic activity. OPIC recognizes that individual stakeholders cannot move the industry forward alone, which is why they bring together industry players through communication, education, and shared interests.
