Feniks is a Polish social cooperative providing in-home support for older adults and people with disabilities. As a social enterprise, it combines care services with a mission to support the social and professional reintegration of people at risk of exclusion. Its caregivers are described as trained, experienced and carefully vetted, with an emphasis on empathy and dependable assistance.

Services can be arranged by the hour, during the day or at night, and include round-the-clock care with a caregiver staying in the client’s home. Support is tailored to each person and may cover personal hygiene, dressing, meals, shopping, household tasks, medication prescribed by a doctor, help accessing medical appointments, companionship and assistance with everyday activities.

Feniks also rents rehabilitation, nursing and hospital equipment, including adjustable beds, wheelchairs, oxygen concentrators, walkers, crutches, hoists and toilet chairs. Additional home-based services include physiotherapy, podiatry, hairdressing and handyman help. The cooperative serves clients across Poland, with local branches including Poznań, Koszalin and Karlino.
