Praktijk Op Pad is a small child and family support practice in Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands, founded by Noortje, a certified child therapist. It offers coaching, therapy, and guidance for children, young people, parents, and families experiencing social-emotional or behavioral challenges. The practice takes a holistic and systemic approach, looking beyond symptoms to understand the needs and circumstances that may underlie a child’s behavior.

Sessions are tailored to each family and may involve play-based methods to help children and parents build understanding, trust, and connection. Parents and caregivers are included in the support process, with the aim of helping families find practical tools and continue forward with greater confidence. The practice supports families dealing with concerns such as emotional outbursts, anxiety, low self-esteem, overstimulation, sleep difficulties, and unexplained physical complaints.

It also works with sensitive, neurodivergent, and strong-willed children, focusing on the individual rather than labels. A free, no-obligation introductory conversation is available. For some referrals, care may be reimbursed through cooperation with You&Me Psychologie in Woensdrecht
