Optimen

Optimen is a technology company founded in León, Guanajuato, in 2006 to develop and configure specialized software for Boeing. Today, it works with commercial airlines worldwide to improve aviation operations and is described as Latin America’s only company certified by Boeing to help airlines address operational and technology challenges. Airlines rely on Optimen as an extension of their IT teams for configuration, maintenance, support, and development of Boeing’s Digital Aviation portfolio.

Its services include software engineering and implementation, year-round Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, consulting to reduce costs and optimize operations, and customized software development through its software factory. The company also collaborates with academic institutions, governments, and aviation businesses on strategic innovation projects. With close to 100 employees, including software engineers, Optimen reports more than 120,000 engineering service hours annually and operations across Mexico, the United States, Canada, Panama, and Argentina. Its stated priorities include information security, operational excellence, and community engagement, supported by certifications including ISO 27001 and recognitions related to social responsibility and workplace culture.
