Oslo Philanthropic Exchange (OPX) is a Norwegian non-profit foundation established in April 2019. They are dedicated to connecting non-profit organizations around the world with financial institutions through their global capital allocation platform. The platform allows grant-makers, direct donors, and non-profit organizations to engage directly in matters of performance, funding, accountability, reporting, and transparency.
OPX was founded by Beatriz Malo de Molina, a global corporate finance executive with extensive international experience. In 2019, one of the largest grant-making institutions in the world provided multi-year funding to develop the OPX Solution. Additionally, OPX has received public grants from Innovation Norway in 2019 and 2020.
Since then, OPX has gathered committed partners and contributors to participate in its development. Their board of directors and technology advisory board consist of highly experienced individuals in finance, entrepreneurship, and technology. By bridging the gap between non-profit organizations and financial institutions, OPX is revolutionizing the way capital is allocated for philanthropic purposes, fostering transparency and maximizing impact
