Oranjevereniging Oosterbeek is a community association that brings residents together to celebrate local traditions and mark important occasions connected with the Dutch Royal House. For more than a century, it has organised festivities for the monarch’s birthday and other royal events. Since the Second World War, its programme has also included the 4 May remembrance and 5 May liberation celebrations.
