Orapesce is an online fishmonger offering fresh seafood and fish products delivered to customers’ homes. Its service is designed to make buying and preparing fish convenient: customers can order whole fish, fillets, shellfish, crustaceans and other seafood, with many items cleaned, filleted or otherwise prepared and ready to cook. The selection includes familiar varieties such as sea bass, sea bream, salmon, cod, squid, octopus, prawns, mussels and clams.
For dishes that need little or no preparation, Orapesce also sells raw seafood options, including tartare, carpaccio, prawns, langoustines and oysters. Its “Insieme” range features fish recipes prepared in jars, alongside selections of packaged products. Customers can shop online, choose products and have their order delivered where the service is available; the website invites shoppers to check coverage by postal code and states that it serves more than 1,500 postal codes. Orapesce also offers prepaid cards and gift cards, shares seafood recipes, and provides event food and beverage services through Orarevents.
