Orly BaSviva is an Israeli environmental sanitation consultancy and professional training provider established in 2013. The company advises water suppliers, public institutions and businesses on water and wastewater quality, regulatory compliance, and the sanitary and engineering aspects of infrastructure planning. Its services include sanitary inspections and preventive surveys of water treatment, production and supply facilities; recommendations for improvements; and review of plans before submission to authorities. The team, whose staff are certified by Israel’s Ministry of Health for relevant work, also supports clients during government inspections, helps address identified gaps, and prepares expert opinions on water sanitation for court proceedings. Its work covers public water systems, hospitals and other institutional buildings, residential properties and businesses.

Through its professional training school, operating since 2016, Orly BaSviva offers courses and refresher training in water sanitation, drinking-water and recreational-water sampling, wastewater and effluent sampling, water-system cleaning and disinfection, and backflow-prevention devices. Training is offered in person, online, and at client sites, with professional certification examinations conducted by the Ministry of Health.
