ORCA (Old Rajshahi Cadets Association) is a prestigious brand that holds a significant place in the hearts of ex-cadets of Rajshahi Cadet College (R.C.C). Established in 1972, just after the liberation war, ORCA was created by a group of senior cadets who aimed to serve the distressed humanity and preserve the brotherly ties among the ex-cadets.

Despite facing numerous challenges during its early days, ORCA has emerged as a beacon of hope and compassion through its various humanitarian programs. Some of these programs include the ORCA Blood Donation Program, ORCA PALLI, ORCA Homes, and the ORCA Carpentry Training School. Additionally, ORCA provides winter cloth distribution, rehabilitation assistance for flood-affected people, mobile medical services, interest-free micro-credit facilities, and old-age honorarium for the needy.
