The Oregon Council of Fly Fishers International (OCOFFI) brings together Oregon’s fly-fishing community to advance the art, science, and sport of fly fishing while supporting conservation and education. Representing more than 500 members, the Council unites Fly Fishers International clubs across the state, with each Oregon club holding a seat on its board. OCOFFI serves individuals, clubs, associations, and organizations committed to conserving recreational resources.

Its work includes educating members about conservation developments and protecting Oregon’s waters, fish, and forests. The Council also supports youth education, encouraging young people and their parents to participate in fly fishing, with Oregon clubs leading programs statewide. Its annual Northwest Fly Tying & Fly-Fishing Expo offers opportunities for anglers, suppliers, conservation groups, and enthusiasts to connect, learn, and share ideas. Expo activities include classroom and casting classes, demonstrations by fly tyers, and other community events.

People can support OCOFFI by joining, volunteering, subscribing to its mailing list, or making a tax-deductible donation.
