Orchestre de chambre

The Orchestre de Chambre de Paris is a Paris-based chamber orchestra presenting a varied programme of classical music and bringing audiences into close contact with its artists. Its season includes orchestral performances, chamber music, concerts and recitals, featuring works by composers such as Haydn, Mozart, Mendelssohn and Schubert, alongside performances by invited musicians and singers. Concerts take place at venues across Paris, including the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Salle Cortot, the Théâtre du Châtelet and the Philharmonie de Paris.

Beyond its live performances, the orchestra shares its work through recordings, concert videos, artist interviews, reports and OPUS 221, its podcast. It also offers cultural initiatives and mediation activities open to diverse audiences, as well as academies and educational projects for young composers, conductors and orchestral musicians. The orchestra publishes seasonal brochures and its Ensemble magazine, and provides programme information, ticketing and subscription options through its website. Guided by its artistic vision and musical director Thomas Hengelbrock, the Orchestre de Chambre de Paris connects performance, education and cultural life in the city.
