OHSU Center for Women’s Health Fertility provides fertility care in Portland, Oregon, as part of Oregon Health & Science University, a health care, education and research institution dedicated to improving health and quality of life for Oregonians. The program combines reproductive medicine expertise with research leadership and offers a broad range of diagnostic and treatment options, including advanced reproductive techniques.

Services include fertility evaluations and consultations, reproductive endocrinology, diagnostic testing, intrauterine insemination (IUI), hormonal therapy, fertility preservation such as sperm freezing, reproductive surgery, and support for LGBTQ+ family building. The center also provides preconception care and pediatric and adolescent gynecology. Patients can meet with reproductive endocrinologists and infertility specialists, access patient resources, and explore financial assistance, including third-party financing.

For in vitro fertilization (IVF), OHSU Fertility collaborates with Spring Fertility to offer additional treatment options and access to technology. Some patients may start care at OHSU and continue with Spring Fertility, where their OHSU doctor remains involved.
