About ORFC
The Oxford Real Farming Conference (ORFC) is a dynamic platform that unites advocates of sustainable agriculture and food systems every January. Offering a refreshing alternative to the traditional Oxford Farming Conference, ORFC attracts farmers, researchers, activists, and policymakers from across the globe, all passionate about transforming our food landscape. Established to embrace progressive ideas, the conference covers critical topics including agroecology, regenerative agriculture, and organic farming.
Participants drive the agenda, sharing diverse insights ranging from soil microbiology to innovative marketing strategies, micro-dairy establishment, and the implementation of agroforestry practices. The event has successfully adapted to digital formats, but its roots remain in the vibrant atmosphere of in-person gatherings in Oxford. Tickets are available starting in September, with free access extended to participants from majority world countries.
