Oregon Gourmet Mushrooms

Oregon Gourmet Mushrooms is a small, outdoors-focused mushroom business serving microscopy students, independent researchers, home growers, food enthusiasts, and people interested in foraging. Run by a mushroom hunter, farmer, and outdoorsman, the business combines mushroom products with practical education, with a focus on Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.

Its offerings include fresh and dried gourmet mushrooms, medicinal mushrooms, gourmet cultures for growing edible varieties, oyster mushroom buckets, substrate, and Wine Cap spawn. For microscopy and fungal study, the shop lists spore prints, 10 mL spore solutions, and spore swab collections, including domestic Psilocybe cubensis prints. Other products include mushroom tinctures and seasonal or specialty items.

Oregon Gourmet Mushrooms also provides year-round mushroom foraging lessons on the Oregon Coast, along with foraging and fishing lessons. Educational resources cover regional mushroom identification, foraging, cooking with mushrooms, and learning about the local landscape. Customers can order through the website, which notes that payments are processed manually, or use its Etsy link for gourmet products and foraging lessons with credit card payment.
