ORIENTARHYTHM

ORIENTARHYTHM is a Japanese performing arts brand that transforms the distinctive movements, rhythms, and spirit of Japanese martial arts into stage experiences. Its work presents Japanese culture through performance, combining martial arts-inspired expression with dance and theatrical presentation. The group performs at events and venues in Japan and internationally, with appearances including the WiT Singapore opening performance, Asia Fest in Bucharest, a junior camp in Bahrain, and Teatro Calderón in Madrid.

Alongside live performances, ORIENTARHYTHM offers workshops and lectures introducing Japanese art and movement. Recent activities include a “Geibu” dance workshop and a lecture on Japanese art at the Anton Chekhov Russian State Theatre in Moldova, as well as a lecture at Sofia University. The brand also participates in television and radio programs and has appeared in promotional video projects. Its creative work extends to design, including costumes inspired by Japanese armor and traditional garments, and a dragon mask created by Katsumi Sakakura.
