Orlando Psychology Associates (OPA) is a mental health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families in the Central Florida community. Led by an experienced team of psychologists and mental health therapists, the practice emphasizes compassionate, personalized care and support for individual growth, healthy family relationships, and community well-being. Its downtown Orlando office offers a welcoming setting for addressing sensitive or challenging concerns, and services are available in Spanish.

OPA provides child and play therapy, adolescent counseling, individual adult counseling, family therapy, couples and premarital counseling, LGBTQI therapy, EMDR, psychological and educational testing, parenting support, stress management, and mindfulness meditation. The team works with concerns including anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, ADHD, autism-related and social challenges, substance abuse, behavioral difficulties, disabilities, and life transitions.

Specialized divorce-related services include counseling for children, teenagers, and parents; custody and parenting-plan evaluations; parent education; family mediation; high-conflict divorce consultation; parenting coordination; co-parenting counseling; and therapeutic visitation and reunification support.
