Eastend Minor Hockey Association (EMHA) is a youth hockey organization formed through the merger of the Gloucester-Centre Minor Hockey Association and the Orleans Minor Hockey Association, bringing together two long-standing community associations. EMHA supports players across age divisions from U7 through U21, with information and resources for families, volunteers, coaches, team managers, and trainers.
The association offers player and goalie development, coach mentorship, coaching resources, and the First Shift program for children ages 6 to 10 who are new to hockey. Its website also provides season registration details, pre-season evaluations and sort-outs, safety guidance, fair play information, and resources such as Rowanβs Law and the Hockey Canada Insurance Program.
EMHA hosts Eastend Storm tournaments, including the U11 Community Cup and the Michel Breau U15 Community Cup, bringing teams together for competitive hockey, sportsmanship, and community events. Through its programs, development resources, volunteer support, and tournaments, the association helps organize and strengthen minor hockey in its community.
