About Ornithopter Press
Ornithopter Press is an independent publisher of poetry that challenges mainstream norms. Since 2014, this Maryland-based press has been dedicated to showcasing individual collections by contemporary authors, releasing two to four books annually. Ornithopter Press aims to elevate a diverse range of perspectives and experiences through its publications. Located in Chevy Chase, Maryland, the press acknowledges and respects the ancestral lands of the Piscataway Conoy and Piscataway tribes.
