Országos Távfelügyelet

Országos Távfelügyelet Kft. is a Hungarian remote-monitoring provider and a subsidiary of MOHAnet Mobilsystems Zrt. The company says it has served the sector since 2002, supporting residential and business customers with round-the-clock security and monitoring services. Its offerings include alarm and fire-alarm monitoring, emergency-call response, residential and corporate video monitoring, lift monitoring, vehicle tracking, patrol-checking oversight, and temperature monitoring. Services cover homes, commercial premises, industrial sites, vehicles, and other monitored facilities.

Working with its parent company, Országos Távfelügyelet developed the MONITORINGBOOK platform, which connects its dispatch centre, web software, and customer mobile app in one system. The MONITORINGBOOK HOME app provides real-time alerts and event histories, device diagnostics, location information, reports, and remote measurements such as temperature and humidity. Customers can also receive push notifications, manage compatible home alarms remotely, and send an SOS request to the dispatch centre and approved contacts. The company emphasizes coordinated monitoring, clear information, and attentive customer service.
