Ortobionika is developing a high-tech manufacturing facility in Russia focused on prosthetic products and rehabilitation equipment. The company plans to launch its full-cycle production site in 2026 at the Savyolovsky Technopark in Kimry, Tver Region. Its products will include modern microprocessor-controlled prosthetic modules and precision components made from metals and composite materials for medical equipment. Production capacity and equipment are being developed to meet the needs of established anchor clients.

The planned facility is being equipped with advanced machining and fabrication technology, including milling and turning centers, automatic precision lathes, and laser-cutting systems. These capabilities are intended to support the manufacture of complex, accurately engineered parts. Ortobionika presents the project as a long-term initiative supported by private investment, with production facilities and its workforce being built in stages.

The company also highlights its social purpose: creating technology that can improve people’s quality of life. It is recruiting employees and promotes professional development, training, career growth, modern working conditions, and relocation support for eligible applicants.
