ORTHEIS is an orthopaedic device provider based in Fort-de-France, serving patients across Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana. Established in 2006, the company designs, manufactures and fits custom-made equipment for people living with disability, physical deformity or limb trauma. Its products are tailored to each patient’s body and needs, with an emphasis on comfort, fit and supporting mobility and independence.

ORTHEIS offers external prostheses, orthoses, medical corsets and positioning solutions, including seat corsets, mattresses and standing devices. Its podo-orthotists also make orthopaedic shoes and insoles. The company’s qualified orthoprosthetists and podo-orthotists work closely with doctors and hospitals to develop suitable equipment. Each of its three locations has a manufacturing unit, using technologies such as 3D scanners and digital milling machines to support precise fitting.
