Praktijk Orthowijs

Orthowijs is the practice of Kim Snijder, an orthomolecular hormone therapist based in De Krim, the Netherlands. The practice supports women experiencing hormonal concerns, with the aim of helping them work toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Its approach combines nutrition, lifestyle guidance and orthomolecular support, with supplements considered when appropriate and desired.

Orthowijs views nutrition as a foundation for wellbeing and focuses on practical, gradual changes suited to each person’s needs and pace. Guidance may address eating habits, digestion and gut health, blood sugar, and liver support. The practice’s approach is built around four connected pillars: healthy nutrition, movement, rest and relaxation, and broader lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, the menstrual cycle, breathing and mindset.

Services include orthomolecular consultations, an Omega 3 programme, and the Hormone & Gut in Balance plan. The website also provides information about the working process and fees, as well as client reviews and educational resources in its library. Orthowijs invites visitors to arrange a consultation or request a callback.
