Mr Osama Moussa is a consultant upper gastrointestinal (GI) surgeon serving patients across London, Hertfordshire and nearby areas. His practice focuses on diagnosing and treating benign upper GI conditions, with an emphasis on tailored care and minimally invasive techniques. He offers laparoscopic (keyhole) and robotic surgery, as well as open surgery when appropriate.

Treatments and procedures include repair of inguinal and other hernias, gallbladder and gallstone surgery, and care for acid reflux and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD). His services also include the LINX device. Mr Moussa’s experience spans benign, bariatric and oncological upper GI surgery.

He has trained at medical institutions in Liverpool, Newcastle and London, including Imperial College London, University College London and the Royal Marsden. His qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery and a research Medical Doctorate from Imperial College London, where his research included metabolic health in obesity.
