Osanis Inclusion Services Inc.

Osanis Inclusion Services Inc. provides individualized, inclusive support for adults with diverse abilities. The organization works collaboratively with each person to develop a service plan that reflects their goals and preferences, including choosing the support workers who assist them. Its services include home sharing, developmental disabilities support, and support for people with FASD and autism spectrum conditions.

Through its home-sharing program, Osanis connects adults seeking a supportive place to live with individuals, couples, or families who can offer a safe and caring home. Providers help with daily living as needed, encourage community involvement, and support personal goals, while fostering belonging and independence. Osanis also offers guidance and ongoing support to home-share providers, including help addressing questions and challenges. The organization features current housing opportunities to help individuals find a suitable match and invites prospective providers to learn about joining the program. With an emphasis on choice, respectful relationships, and practical support, Osanis aims to help people with diverse abilities participate in community life and build fulfilling lives.
