Osbdotorg

OSB.org is an online resource focused on the Benedictine Order and its monastic communities around the world. Connected with Sant’Anselmo in Rome, the site introduces visitors to the Order’s roots, the life of Saint Benedict, the Rule, and the history and structure of the Benedictine Confederation. It also provides a directory of congregations and monasteries, information about international Benedictine institutions, and guidance for people exploring a vocation as a monk or nun.

The site shares news and features on Benedictine communities, education, leadership, art, and monastic life, alongside obituaries and profiles of monasteries worldwide. Visitors can explore the NEXUS publication, browse its issues and archive, and find resources such as daily readings, information for oblates, and scholarship on the Rule. OSB.org also promotes summer courses and programs in monastic leadership, management, study, prayer, and reflection. Together, these offerings make the site a broad source of information, stories, educational opportunities, and connections for people interested in Benedictine spirituality and its contemporary communities.
