The Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia is a community of approximately 400 Catholic women religious who choose to live a Gospel way of life in community. They uphold a long and honored tradition of loving God and being in relationships through loving service.
The Sisters of St. Francis are dedicated to bringing hope and joy to those in need by promoting justice and peace, with a focus on human rights and environmental concerns. They offer a variety of products and services to fulfill their mission, including prayer ministry, healthcare, education at all levels, pastoral care, service to the elderly, the homeless, the poor, persons with AIDS, and immigrants and refugees.
The Sisters also provide counseling, advocacy, and leadership in national religious organizations.
