OSJCT is a not-for-profit charitable Trust that provides exceptional care and support to vulnerable individuals. We offer a range of services including dementia care, nursing care, residential care, respite care, day care, and extra care housing. Our dedicated staff, totaling approximately 4,800 individuals, ensure the well-being and comfort of over 3,500 residents across more than 60 locations in Gloucestershire, Lincolnshire, Oxfordshire, Suffolk, West Sussex, and Wiltshire. As a not-for-profit organization, we invest any profit back into our care, staff, and improving our residents' homes.
With no shareholders and no dividends, our focus remains solely on providing exceptional care. We are highly transparent in our financial and governance practices, with open book accounting and annual reports available for public review.
