We are focused on producing well-groomed technical manpower in quality adequate to meet market demand in harmony with the policies of the Federal and State Ministries of Health and Education and thus facilitate (Research in) the delivery or Primary Health Care at all level. The College values the development of personal and entrepreneur leaderships in every student. About OspohasIlese
Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, Ilese-Ijebu (OSPOHAS) is a public institution in Ogun State, Nigeria, dedicated to training health and allied sciences professionals. Established under the Ogun State College of Health Technology Amendment Law 2023, it aims to develop skilled technical manpower for the health sector and support the delivery of primary health care. Its mission also encompasses creating and sharing knowledge in health science, technology, behavioural and management sciences, contributing to the health and well-being of communities in Ogun State, Nigeria and beyond. Excellence, integrity and service are central values, alongside an emphasis on personal and entrepreneurial leadership.
The polytechnic offers programmes through schools covering Public Health, Environmental Health, Community Health, Pharmacy and Medical Diagnostic Science, Health Information Management, and Dental Health Sciences. It also provides part-time studies and promotes research. OSPOHAS supports students through services and facilities that include a library, health centre, Students’ Affairs and industrial training coordination. Prospective students can apply online, check admission status, pay acceptance fees and access admission guidance.
