The club holds two meetings monthly from September through June, featuring guest speakers and discussions on topics such as conservation, equipment, and exotic fishing trips. Additionally, method sessions provide insights into fly fishing techniques. Members enjoy regular fishing outings, ranging from local day trips to weekend adventures across British Columbia.

Osprey Fly Fishers also publishes a monthly newsletter, the Osprey News, which highlights club activities and offers articles and fly tying patterns. Members can access the Osprey Fly Box, a comprehensive guide detailing over 125 fly recipes for diverse fishing environments. Both novice and experienced anglers are welcome, making it an inclusive sanctuary for all fishing enthusiasts.
