The Osteopathie Schule Deutschland (OSD) is a specialist osteopathic education institution and a member of the Osteopathic European Academic Network. With more than 25 years of experience, it trains aspiring osteopaths through flexible part-time and full-time pathways, including professional training and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science programmes offered in cooperation with the state-recognised DIPLOMA Hochschule. The school also provides postgraduate courses and course series in areas such as sports, paediatric, psychosomatic and hormone-related osteopathy, as well as uro-gynaecology and obstetrics.
Its teaching draws on osteopathic traditions alongside current knowledge, supported by more than 100 national and international lecturers and practical experience in teaching clinics. OSD’s part-time training is certified by the Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft Osteopathie, while its degree programmes are accredited by AHPGS. Students have access to teaching materials, specialist books, videos and online library resources.
Beyond education, OSD operates teaching practices in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich, hosts osteopathy congresses, and supports research through the Osteopathic Research Institute. It also publishes osteopathy-related books and educational resources
