OSTİM, 1997 yılında Organize Sanayi Bölgesi statüsü kazanmıştır. OSTİM OSB Müdürlüğü, bölgenin tüm altyapı ve üstyapı hizmetlerini gerçekleştirmekte, aynı zamanda bölgede faaliyet gösteren firmaların rekabet gücünü artırmaya yönelik çalışmalar yürütmektedir. Bu kapsamda, tüm hizmetlerini tek merkezden sunarak bölge firmalarına etkin ve hızlı çözümler sağlamaktadır.
