About Østnes Helicopters
Østnes Helicopters is a family-driven company with a rich history and extensive experience in the aviation industry. Serving as the Nordic sales distributor for Airbus Helicopters and Safran Helicopter Enginees, they are at the forefront of the industry. With a mission to deliver extraordinary services, Østnes Helicopters ensures hassle-free service and support, maximizing safe and profitable operations for their customers.
Established in 1993 as Kjell A Østnes AS, the company entered into a partnership with Eurocopter, now known as Airbus Helicopters, in 1999. Since then, they have made significant contributions to the Rotary Wing Sector in the Nordics, selling over 400 helicopters from original equipment manufacturers as well as through the secondary market.
In 2020, Østnes Helicopters expanded their operations and introduced their own Maintenance Center at Eggemoen, Hønefoss, reaffirming their commitment to becoming the go-to One Stop Shop for Nordic helicopter operators. They also continue to prioritize high-quality after-sales services to customers around the world.
