OSTO

Ostrowieckie Stowarzyszenie Taekwondo Olimpijskiego, known as OSTO, is a sports association based in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Poland. Founded on 19 October 2015, the club promotes and teaches Olympic taekwondo, a Korean martial art and sport. It welcomes children, young people and adults who want to develop their skills, pursue sporting goals and take part in an active community.

OSTO provides taekwondo training and educational support for its members, while encouraging physical fitness, discipline and positive personal development through sport. Its activities also include organising and participating in competitions, sporting and recreational events, and sports and recreation camps. The association aims to make physical activity accessible to people with varied abilities and circumstances, and its stated goals include supporting children and young people, promoting health, and contributing to rehabilitation for people with disabilities. OSTO works with local and national authorities, sports organisations, families and supporters to further its mission. Through training and community activities, the club offers residents of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski and nearby areas opportunities to explore taekwondo and grow as participants in sport.
