Ostry Trener

Adam Ostrowski, known as Ostry Trener, provides professional cycling coaching backed by more than 20 years of experience in the sport and relevant studies at the Academy of Physical Education. A licensed PZKol athlete with experience in mountain biking, road cycling and cyclocross, he offers personalised training support focused on helping riders improve their performance.

Coaching plans are tailored to each client’s goals and available time, with options for updates every one to four weeks and different levels of communication and plan review. Training is managed through TrainingPeaks, where athletes can access workouts and share activity logs and feedback so their progress can be monitored. Depending on the package, services may include strength, core and mobility exercises, structured indoor sessions, race preparation, advice on nutrition and equipment, and analysis of fitness or blood test results. Some packages also offer partner discounts and group or individual rides, including Zwift sessions.

The service combines one-to-one coaching with access to a private Facebook group for community support and shared experience.
