OverTime Charters, LLC provides guided fishing adventures on South Carolina lakes, with a primary focus on striped bass fishing on Lake Murray. The company also fishes Lake Russell and Clark’s Hill, tailoring trips to guests’ experience and interests. Its trips range from family-friendly outings and relaxed evenings on the water to focused striped bass pursuits, hands-on fishing lessons, and catch-and-release experiences. New anglers can get help with casting, baiting, and reeling, while more experienced guests can benefit from Captain Rick Sineath’s knowledge of seasonal patterns and local fishing spots.

Captain Sineath is a licensed USCG captain with more than 20 years of experience. Charters include fishing equipment, such as rods, reels, tackle, and bait, and some trips offer fish-cleaning services. Instruction can also cover boat handling, electronics setup, and specialized fishing techniques. Guests need to bring a valid South Carolina fishing license and their preferred beverages. OverTime Charters offers convenient meeting options around Lake Murray, including a private ramp on the Lexington side.
