OT Flourish

OT Flourish is an educational resource and support platform for occupational therapy practitioners and students who are new to working with older adults, particularly in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and home health. Created by Mandy, the brand helps clinicians bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical treatment, build confidence, and support patients in achieving their goals.

Its resources include a free “New to Geriatric OT” Starter Pack with a micro-course on treatment planning, activities of daily living, and activity analysis, as well as a documentation cheat sheet and treatment ideas. Members can access a library of occupational therapy resources, printable materials, and patient handouts. OT Flourish also offers a blog featuring articles on treatment ideas, professional issues, and clinical resources; an OT shop with products such as goal-writing e-books; and the OT Accelerator membership, which provides learning resources and a community for practitioners. The OT Flourish podcast explores topics including stroke rehabilitation, nursing home culture, and home health practice.
