Othrys Watches is an independent watchmaking service based in Westbroek, offering careful maintenance, inspections, and repairs for mechanical and high-quality quartz watches. The workshop works with timepieces ranging from everyday Seiko models to vintage watches and pieces from brands such as Omega, Rolex, Breitling, Longines, IWC, and Universal Genève. Each service is tailored to the specific movement, its condition, and the availability of suitable parts.

A full mechanical service involves dismantling the movement, cleaning and inspecting its components, checking for wear or damage, then reassembling and lubricating it. The watch’s performance is assessed through measurements, adjustment, endurance testing, and final checks appropriate to the movement. Customers can also request inspections of a watch’s visible technical condition or performance, as well as targeted repairs when technically feasible. Mechanical servicing starts at €350, excluding parts, while inspections start at €35; repair work is quoted on request. Othrys emphasizes skilled workmanship, transparent pricing, personal advice, and attention to a watch’s original condition. Visits to the Westbroek workshop are by appointment.
