Otter Adventures

Otter Adventures Ltd offers tailored outdoor experiences in Ardnamurchan and the remote West Coast of Scotland, including Loch Sunart and Loch Shiel. The company specialises in private, bespoke adventures designed for different ages, abilities and levels of experience, combining activity with opportunities to explore and connect with nature. Its offerings range from three-hour tasters and day journeys to weekend wild-camping stays and bespoke three- or five-day expeditions.

Guests can explore by open canoe, sea kayak, stand-up paddleboard, mountain bike or on foot. Some day experiences include a locally sourced lunch prepared by a guide, while multi-day trips incorporate responsible wild camping. Otter Adventures also provides personal development coaching, mentoring and qualifications in paddle sports, mountain biking and hill walking, and hires open canoes, sea kayaks and paddleboards to suitably experienced users.

The company says it aims to reduce its environmental impact, favour UK-made equipment where possible and support local communities and businesses. Its website also describes accommodation at Otterburn bed and breakfast
