Otterbeck Distillery, nestled amid the scenic moors and farmland of the Yorkshire Dales, is a beacon of artisanal craftsmanship dedicated to creating exquisite spirits. Inspired by the area's rich history and natural bounty, Otterbeck specializes in Cotton Gin, meticulously distilled with locally foraged botanicals combined with exceptional ingredients sourced globally.
The heart of the distillery is the stunning 450-litre copper still, affectionately named Eliza after the mill owner's wife, symbolizing the blend of tradition and innovation. Founded by three friends driven by a shared passion for gin, Otterbeck strives to harmonize creativity and quality in every bottle, honoring the legacy of the 18th-century cotton and silk mill situated at their locale.
Committed to sustainability, Otterbeck uses eco-friendly practices, including recyclable packaging and a local refill service to minimize waste. Discover Cotton Gin and more at select stockists across North Yorkshire and beyond, and embrace the spirit of Otterbeck—a true reflection of its vibrant surroundings.
