Otter Minds

Otterminds is a UK-based educational company offering academic support in GCSE physics and maths, A-level physics, and undergraduate and university-level physics. Its services include personalised private tutoring, delivered online or face to face, and support tailored to specific physics subjects. The company’s teaching approach prioritises active engagement, exercises, and challenging questions to build strong understanding rather than relying on memorisation. It also emphasises affordable education and learning at each student’s individual pace. Otterminds plans to offer self-learning platforms for GCSE physics, A-level physics, and GCSE maths; these are listed as coming soon.

The company is led by Dr. Esra Aytac Kipergil, whose background spans physics education, physics research, and biomedical engineering. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience and has tutored over 100 students internationally. Her research focuses on areas including ultrasound devices and fibre-optic sensors, and she has authored more than 20 scientific publications. Otterminds offers a free 15-minute introductory call to help students discuss suitable tutoring options.
