Ouessantschafe

The Verein Ouessantschafe Schweiz is dedicated to promoting the smallest sheep breed in the world - the Ouessantschaf. Originating from the island of Ouessant off the coast of Brittany, France, these sheep are known for their compact size, resilience, and wool production. The association offers various services to its members, including access to breeding documents, expert advice, and information on sheep transportation regulations.

Additionally, they host events such as wool workshops, training courses, and farm evaluations to support sheep breeders and enthusiasts. Whether you are a seasoned breeder or just starting out, the Verein Ouessantschafe Schweiz provides valuable resources and a community of like-minded individuals. Join us in celebrating and preserving this unique and charming breed of sheep.
