Oulun seudun liikenne | Oulu

Oulun seudun liikenne (OSL) is the public transport brand serving Oulu and surrounding municipalities in Finland. Its website helps passengers plan journeys, find bus routes and stop information, check timetables, and stay informed about service changes, exceptions, and holiday schedules. The route planner provides travel guidance and up-to-date traffic information, while maps show buses and nearby stops.

OSL offers several ways to access tickets and fares, including single and season tickets, contactless payment, and tickets through the OSL app. The app brings tickets, routes, and timetables together, and customers can also top up an OSL travel card through the Waltti online store. Information is available for students, seniors, families, and other passengers, alongside guidance on accessibility and travelling with prams.

The service area includes Oulu, Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, and Tyrnävä. OSL also provides customer support, publishes service updates and reports, and invites passengers to share suggestions for improving its services.
