OURCAR

OURCAR is a region-focused car-sharing service designed to help people access shared vehicles in local areas. The service provides information for members on how to use their booking, including guidance on the steps to follow when starting and ending a rental. It also offers a guide to accidents and other problems, encouraging users to review the recommended procedures in advance so they can respond calmly if an issue occurs.

Members can browse available reservations through a list or search for vehicles using a map. The website also includes a dashboard and account area for managing their service access. To explain the conditions of use, OURCAR provides member terms, paid vehicle-rental terms, and a shared-use agreement, as well as a privacy policy. These resources help users understand the service’s procedures, rules, and handling of personal information before booking and using a vehicle. By combining local car-sharing access with practical usage guidance and clearly presented service documents, OURCAR supports members throughout the reservation and vehicle-use process.
